What happens if the developer leaves mid-project?
You're not working with a lone developer per project. The person handling your case is accountable start to finish, whoever they manage internally.
What if I request big changes once the project is already underway?
You talk to the same person — it doesn't open up a new negotiation with a different supplier. The scope gets adjusted with whoever already knows the full context of the project.
Why pay more than a lone freelancer?
A freelancer might look cheaper on the quote. What's expensive is what happens when they disappear mid-project. You're paying for that not to happen, not for the design file.

What happens if something unexpected comes up during the project?
An unexpected issue isn't a rare surprise — it happens in almost every project: a requirement changes, content doesn't arrive on time, an integration turns out trickier than expected. We talk it through with you as soon as it comes up, with the same project manager who already knows the full context — not a new support ticket or a third party who needs catching up.
What if timelines slip because of something outside your control?
If the delay is on us, we own it. If it depends on something external — content that doesn't arrive, an approval that's delayed, a supplier of yours who doesn't respond — we tell you the moment it happens, not at the end. We'd rather give bad news early than a surprise late.
Can I request scope changes after approving the quote?
You can ask. What we do is be clear about whether it falls within what's already been quoted or adds to the scope — and we tell you before doing the work, not after. No surprise invoices.
What happens if I'm not happy with the result at the end?
Along the way there are check-ins — the design gets approved before development, not at the end, so you don't reach delivery with surprises. If something still doesn't meet what was agreed in the quote, it gets fixed: that's part of the commitment, not a separate charge.
What happens to the website after delivery — do I have to keep paying for anything?
The website is yours, built for you to manage day-to-day yourself, without depending on us to change a text or a photo. There's no mandatory ongoing commitment after delivery. If you need something more down the line — a new feature, a campaign, more volume — the same project manager who already knows your case is still available.

We work across several — WordPress, PrestaShop and Magento among others — and recommend whichever best fits what you need, not whichever is most convenient for us. If you already have a preference or an existing platform, we start from there.
